A little bit about me....
I am a Qualified and REPs Registered (Level 4) Exercise professional based in South Tyneside, and have worked with a diverse customer portfolio. 
I started my fitness education back in the 90's.  This  early experience of a sports environment was where my passion for a healthy lifestyle began, and I quickly realised the importance of a structured approach to exercise, and began a program of further education in 2008. 
As a Personal Trainer and Exercise Consultant I have an in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the body.   I am familiar with many exercise techniques and training methods for all ages and abilities.   You can be assured I can design a bespoke 1:1 exercise program whatever your needs.  
Alternatively, I have a variety of Group Exercise sessions available throughout South Tyneside.
